Styled With Glamour Wears... White Midi

Oops a second monochrome outfit in a row, what can I say it is still my go to colour combo. A bit more of a chilled look today with flat sandals and a tshirt. This skirt has been my project of today, it started this morning as my nans size 18 almost maxi skirt and is now my much more flattering split midi. I still need to create a bit of a lining for it as it is rather sheer but I am pleased with the (almost) end result. This skirt shape is one of my favourite designs, having already made it once before here back in April. Although this time was more of an alteration than making it from scratch, it fills the white skirt shaped whole in my wardrobe.

I also wanted to mention I got a new blog header, woo finally...I have been wanting one for a long time so got my talented uncle to create one for me and I really do love it, the cool font and star is much more me, so big thanks to my uncle :)

I am wearing MISS SELFRIDGE leather jacket, TOPMAN tshirt, DIY skirt, PARFOIS bag and NEXT sandals.

White Blazer

Hello! I'm back! I feel like I have not blogged in absolutely ages but I had five AS exams this week so been a bit overwhelmed. I've only got one left so feeling a lot more manageable now. Last night my dad, sis and I went to our local theatre to see Carnaby Street The Musical, it was so good about a band in the sixties and it just put me in a much more uplifted mood, I think it is coming to the West End soon so I do recommend it. This is what I wore last night, I haven't dressed nicely in ages, revision just doesn't make me feel like making an effort.
White is everywhere at the moment so I jumped on the band wagon with this white blazer, its slightly oversized which i think suits me a lot better and also allows it to be worn less formally as well as more dressed up. I wanted to go bare legs for a more minimal look but it just wasn't warm enough and with the black jumper and skirt, black tights went well. Have a lovely weekend, I am working but I hope to be posting a lot more outfit pictures and hopefully over half term some tutorials as well!

I am wearing New Look blazer, Asos Jumper, Forever 21 skirt, Accessorize Earrings and Tammy shoes.

Sleeves with Volume

This is what I wore to school yesterday. It is probably one of my more casual looks but then casual is sometimes best for a day full of lessons. I bought this Zara top a couple of weeks ago and I love the silhouette it's sleeves create despite having a simplistic design. It hasn't quite warmed up properly yet so I wore a longer sleeved top underneath and my trusty black jeans. To add a dash of colour I had my green satchel and jade necklace.
I am very excited because I saved up and yesterday bought myself an iPad which I have wanted for ages, I will do a post soon!

I am wearing Zara top, striped River Island top, Topshop jeans, Office boots, Accessorize satchel, Topshop necklace and Fenwick sunglasses.
