Styled With Glamour Wears... Pin Stripes and Glasses

I have worn glasses for about three years now and surprisingly this is the first time I have worn them on this blog. I got these new frames last week which I am loving so I felt it was about time I did an outfit in them. I played with the studious look, wearing a pin striped skirt and brogue style shoes.

Borrowed From the Boys

A great feature of having this blog is that it has captured my changing style. When I started this blog my style was very much influenced by vintage looks but now and especially in this outfit it's crazy how different it is. Todays look is very much borrowed from the boys with slip on trainers and beanie, something when I started this blog I would never have worn. It makes me wonder what my style will be like this time next year or even 10 years from now, will I still like the minimalist look or will I revert back to a more vintage style... I guess only time will tell.

Styled With Glamour Wears... The Skort

A very belated happy new year. I'm back with a few new purchases in the form of this jumper and skort which were waiting on my doorstep when I got home from school. The Zara skort was all over the blogosphere last year but I never jumped to the trend, mainly because it didn't fit me, but when I spotted this Asos one I loved it's classic look and thought I would order it. I am so happy that it fits so well and I'm sure it will end up making multiple appearances on here as it is a very versatile piece. I am also hoping I will be able to get away with it for school as we aren't really allowed to wear shorts but this looks like a skirt from the front so I'm pretty sure no one will notice...
